What is Microblading?
Microblading, sometimes called 3D Brows or eyebrow embroidery, is the artistic technique of applying pigment into the upper, superficial layer of the skin (dermis) to enhance or correct the symmetry and fullness of your eyebrows. Unlike traditional tattooing, which uses a machine, microblading artists hand draw each hair to match the color and coarseness of your eyebrows. This skillful process creates a natural, semi-permanent result, imitating real hair strokes to create gorgeous, natural looking eyebrows.
What is Ombre Powder?
Ombre Powder creates a shadow effect that gives the brow a gradient appearance from the front of the brow to the tail. This technique is better suited for those with oily and sensitive skin. It also gives a more defined result post healing.
What is Microshading?
Microshading is the best of both worlds. It is a combination of Microblading and Ombre Powder where your brows are defined with a powdery effect, while having the look of hair strokes.
Who is a candidate for microblading?
Microblading is perfect for women or men (yes, men too!) who want to change or enhance the shape, symmetry or thickness of their eyebrows. Those suffering from skin diseases such as vitiligo, hair loss due to cancer, alopecia, over-tweezed/thinning brows, or trauma resulting in the inhibition of hair growth are also good candidates for the procedure.
How long does it last?
Depending upon individual aftercare, Microbladed eyebrows typically lasts 1 to 2 years. Ombre Powder and Microshading lasts up to 3 years. However, some people may require a touch-up 6 months post the initial procedure.

The microblading portion lasts abpproximately 45 minutes. Because we take extra care and precautions during your appointment to ensure optimal results, your procedure could take up to 3.5 hours.
Does it hurt?
Most clients report little or no pain, while some describe the procedure as feeling similar to scratches. we prefer to do the first strokes without numbing cream so that the pigment takes well to the skin; but if desired, a topical anesthetic can be applied before the procedure to numb the affected area.

How long does it take to heal?
Your brows will look fabulous upon leaving your appointment, but The healing process will take approximately 7 days to complete, depending on how quickly the outer layer of your skin exfoliates and new skin regrows to take its place. Since delicate skin or sensitive areas may swell slightly or redden, some clients feel it best not to make social plans for a day or two following any procedure. you must be cautious to not get your brows wet and avoid exercise for the first several days.
WHILE YOUR SKIN HEALS, BE PREPARED FOR THE COLOR INTENSITY OF YOUR PROCEDURE TO BE SIGNIFICANTLY LARGER, SHARPER, BRIGHTER, OR DARKER than what is expected for the final outcome. This is a normal and expected result of the application and healing process.
What is the aftercare?
You must avoid the sun, sweat, makeup, and water while your brows heal (at least 7 days). Stay away from chlorine, exfoliation creams, and sun exposure; they may cause the color of your brows to fade. We will provide you a complimentary bottle of after-care oil that is recommended you apply a small amount twice a day beginning 3 days post procedure.
When should I get a touch up? How much is it?
You must schedule your initial touch-up 4 to 8 weeks post procedure ($99). Extending the scheduling of your touch-up to over eight weeks will incur greater fees ($199) as your pigment begins to significantly fade thereafter, requiring more time to spent in remapping and reshaping your brows.
