Our Cancellation Policy

Semi-permanent cosmetic procedures are multi-session processes.. An initial application is incomplete until after a follow-up appointment, which must be scheduled approximately 4-6 weeks after your initial appointment.

While your skin heals, be prepared for the color intensity of your procedure to be significantly larger, sharper, brighter, or darker than what is expected for the final outcome. This is a normal and expected result of the application and healing process. The healing process will take a number of days to complete, depending on how quickly the outer layer of your skin exfoliates and new skin regrows to take its place. Since delicate skin or sensitive areas may swell slightly or redden, some clients feel it best not to make social plans for a day or two following any procedure. Wear your normal makeup the day of the procedure.

By making this appointment, I understand the above information and agree to the following: I am at least 18 years old. I will follow after-care instructions. I understand this is a two step process. I will not be eligible for a refund once first session is completed. It is understood that I communicate any changes desired at the initial appointment and that I am happy with the shape, color, and size. There are no guarantees with the after effects of this procedure.

Unless a 72 Hour notice for cancellation is given, your deposit will be forfeited for any given reason. You will be required to reschedule a new appointment or the deposit will be forfeited altogether. If less than 72 hours notice is given, a new $100 non-refundable deposit is required in order to reschedule a new appointment. Please note that there will only be a one-time reschedule, and if that new appointment is missed a new $100 non-refundable deposit will be required. If you are a NO SHOW (more than 15 mins after the start of your procedure), your deposit will be FORFEITED.

If you miss your touch-up appointment or 72 hours notice isn't given, a new $50 deposit is required in order to reschedule a new appointment.  In short, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the staring time of your appointment.
